Children may bring their own packed lunch; these must be provided in a suitable container. No glass bottles. It must not contain unhealthy items such as fizzy drinks, sweets or chocolate. We are a ‘Nut Free’ school due to allergies, so no items containing nuts should be in your child’s lunchbox.

ParentPay

Our school uses the Parentpay system for payments of lunch money and other transactions (i.e. trips and breakfast club). In order for a child to have a lunch or pay for any other items, they need to be set up with an account online and their account activated.  Individual barcoded letters will be sent home for each service.  School does not take cash for meals etc.  School also has a No Debt Policy and request that you are always in credit for your child to have meals.

Parents/Carers can pay for lunches via the Parentpay website (www.parentpay.com  http://www.parentpay.com) or with cash at the nearest PayPoint shop outlet using the barcoded letters provided.

Please note: If you use Paypoint to pay for your child’s meals, this must be done 3 days in advance to ensure the funds are available in time.

If you have any queries regarding payment letters, your account or balance please speak to the School Office.

If you would like to change from school dinner to packed lunch or vice versa you must notify us in writing giving 1 weeks notice. You will NOT be able to change meals daily.
